At Drawlex (operated by InfiniApps), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. This policy applies to all users worldwide.

We do not collect your precise location. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not run advertising on Drawlex.

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and maintain your Drawlex account
To display your artwork and profile to other users
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To moderate content and enforce our Terms of Service
To improve and develop the platform
To respond to your inquiries and support requests

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Account passwords are never stored in plain text.

Your artwork, profile information, and account data are stored on servers located in the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with data transfer restrictions, your data may be transferred to the United States under appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and artwork within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

Draft artwork you have not published is retained until you delete it or your account is deleted.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with:

Service providers: Infrastructure and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority
Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Drawlex, our users, or the public

6. Public Information

The following information is publicly visible on Drawlex to all users:

Your username and display name
Your profile avatar and bio
Your published artwork
Your follower and following counts
Comments you post on artwork
Your favorites (only if you enable public favorites in Settings)

7. Children's Privacy

Drawlex requires users to be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Objection: Object to certain types of processing of your data
Withdrawal of consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time

9. Cookies

Drawlex uses only essential session cookies required for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking cookies, or any third-party tracking. No cookie consent banner is required because we do not use non-essential cookies.
