Welcome to Drawlex. By accessing or using the Drawlex platform at drawlex.art (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Drawlex. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using Drawlex, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Drawlex is available worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country or region.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use another person's account without permission. You may not create accounts for the purpose of spamming, harassing, or otherwise violating these Terms.

3. User Content

Drawlex is a platform for hand-drawn artwork created directly within the app. By publishing artwork on Drawlex, you:

Represent that you created the artwork using Drawlex's drawing tools
Grant Drawlex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your artwork within the Service
Retain full ownership of your original artwork
Agree that your artwork may be viewed, favorited, shared, and downloaded (with watermark) by other users

4. Prohibited Content

You may not post artwork or content that:

Is sexually explicit or pornographic, including any content that sexualizes minors
Depicts graphic violence, gore, or content designed to harm
Constitutes hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any individual
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
Contains spam, malicious links, or deceptive content
Violates any applicable law or regulation

Drawlex reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Drawlex platform, including its logo, interface, and proprietary technology, is owned by InfiniApps. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

All artwork created and published by users remains the property of the respective creators. Drawlex claims no ownership over user-generated artwork.

6. Downloads and Watermarks

All artwork downloaded from Drawlex includes a visible watermark crediting the artist and the platform. You may not remove, alter, or obscure the watermark from downloaded artwork. Sharing downloaded artwork is permitted provided the watermark remains intact.

7. Privacy

Your use of Drawlex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Drawlex operates a human moderation system. Users may report content that violates these Terms. Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team, which may take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe a violation has occurred.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. InfiniApps does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfiniApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Drawlex after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where InfiniApps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
